The Nomination Form is to be completed by the Nominee and counter signed by three Adult Registered Members of the Iwi Authority. Nominations will close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 11 October 2017.

Candidates are required to provide a brief curriculum vitae detailing their experience relevant to the role of trustee of the Iwi Authority. 

For the purposes of this election the iwi register will be closed at 5.00pm, Wednesday 11 October 2017. To be eligible to nominate, be a nominee or vote in the election you must be registered by Wednesday 11 October 2017. Only Adult Members of Ngāti Mākino shown on the Ngāti Mākino iwi register will be eligible to vote.
