a. Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the meeting and a Farm visit will follow lunch. Those intending to go on the Farm visit are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
b. Notices have been posted to all owners with known addresses. The Annual Report will be posted on the Ngati Makino website www.ngatimakino.co.nz on Thursday 29 March 2018.
