Nominations for the Election for Trustees 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the term of office of three (3) trustees, Edith Sykes, Stewart Ngatai and Awhi Awhimate expires on Saturday 24 November 2018. 

Nominations are called for the three (3) trustee positions being vacated and must be made on the Nomination Form available from the Returning Officer:

The nomination form may also be accessed from the Ngāti Makino lwi Authority website www.ngatimakino.co.nz 

The Nomination Form is to be completed by the Nominee and countersigned by three Adult Registered Members of the lwi Authority. Nominations will close at 3:00pm on Thursday 4 October 2018. 

Candidates are required to provide a brief curriculum vitae detailing their experience relevant to the role of trustee of the lwi Authority. 

For the purposes of this election the iwi register will be closed at 3:00pm, Thursday 4 October 2018. To be eligible to nominate, be a nominee or vote in the election you must be registered by Thursday 4 October 2018. Only Adult Members of Ngāti Makino shown on the Ngāti Makino iwi register will be eligible to vote.
